The cottage is extremely well appointed and equipped. Decorated to a high standard throughout, wheelchair friendly inside, with the benefit of Oil fired Central Heating to take the slight chill off those winter breaks.

Outside, the facilities are just as comprehensive, though wheelchair users will need some assistance: - In the garden there is a patio area with garden furniture, a barbeque area, as well as lawned areas, a paddock, wooded walks, a burn, bridges, ponds... A delightful place to explore.
There is also ample parking space for several cars at the side of the cottage.
The Garden was opened to the public for Charity in the 'Scottish Gardens' program in 2005.
